Secret Stream

On the map, the two streams that form the valley and their many tributaries look not unlike a spine and ribs, or perhaps veins - appropriately, since the streams are the backbone of the valley and its lifeblood.  The streams are their own world.  It takes some effort to get down to the water.  And in the process you seem to step away from the world outside into somewhere isolated and mysterious.
